Students learn the older form of the arts from the Shaolin Temple, the tradition and philosophy. This is for those who are committed to the ancient authentic Shaolin arts. The program is designed according to the Shaolin system, for general fitness, self-defense, and total conditioning (both mental and physical). Learn not only the arts of self-defense and to be fit, but also self-control to be capable of remaining calm in any situation.

    Students learn the soft self-defense arts and arts of relaxation through balance of your energy, improve your muscle tone, and let your body be in harmony with your mind.

    Qigong
    Qigong is an ancient Chinese mental exercise for balancing, enhancing, controlling, and reguiding ìQi energyî. It consists of conscious mental control, guided breathing, visualization, and a series of rhythmic physical movement with energy and manipulation. It brings the communication between the body systems.

    Cardio Sanshou (Cardio-Kick-Boxing)

    This is Chinese Sanshou with Kick-Boxing and Grappling Cardio-Kick-Boxing is a cardio workout class designed to improve cardio endurance and flexibility, trim your body's unwanted fat, and keep fit. Learn self defense and tone your muscles in a fun way.

    Cardio Self-Defense for Women
    Specific topics include: Cardio Kick-Boxing to improve cardio endurance, Qinna and Grappling for Self-Defense, Qinna and Grappling for Disable Street Attackers, Qinna and Grappling to knife and short range gun attackers, Basic Kicks and Bunches and Combos for Cardio Training, Self Defense Fight Fetal Kicks for Self-Defense, and more....

    2. I will strive to follow the Shaolin and Taiji path, to be sincere, respectful and honorable; to strengthen my character, to improve my personal and spiritual growth.
