Shaolin Kungfu/Wushu

Wushu is the Chinese Term for all styles of Martial Arts - traditional and contemporary, external and internal. Wushu includes Long Fists, Short Hands, full contact free fighting and preprogrammed fighting techniques including Taiji, Qinna, Shuaijao, and various weapons. Wushu includes various schools of Martial Arts including Shaolin, Wudang and others. The current martial Arts program is designed according to the Shaolin system, for general fitness, self-defense, and total conditioning (both mental and physical).

The program is aimed at developing physical and mental disciplines, improving self-esteem, self-control, self-awareness, mental agility and mental concentration. It also improves flexibility, coordination, balance, speed, power, strength, muscle response, proper postures, and self-defense.
